About

Here’s a little information about what I do and why I do it. Having a natural ability to solve problems, I finally settled in the Information Technology field. I wanted to be a doctor, but couldn’t cut the frog up. I find the day to day work flow changes enough that I am never bored! The most fascinating thing to me is an issue that I have never seen, such as a new virus! Every day brings new challenges, even if I receive 5 calls in one day all related to a printer issue, no two issues are ever the same. With high dedication to customer support, I provide my clients with immediate response times. Keeping an even higher work ethic code, my clients also receive honest, fair, and expert service. There are enough things out there giving the technology world a bad name, I don’t feel it my job to add to that! One of my greatest pleasures is providing a business or an end user, with total technology support. I consult with a client and assist them in incorporating technology into their business; from choosing line of business applications to fit their needs, to designing, building and installing the solution. As well as provide ongoing support services.
