Over the years, I’ve learned that not all IT contracts meet the needs of all types of users. So, I’ve come up with the following plans that are sure to please every budget!
Pay As You Go
- In Office Repairs – $85.00 flat fee. This is sometimes best, as onsite is billed hourly, and some repairs can take several hours to complete.
- On site repairs – $120.00 per hour with a minimum bill of $75.00.
- Phone/Remote Desktop sessions – $45 connection, which includes one hour of remote desktop time, and billed $45 per hour after the first hour.
- Consultation services are billed at $120.00 per hour.
- Data Recovery – $85.00 flat fee if data is recovered, otherwise no charge. You must bring media to put recovered data on.
Sometimes, you only need a little monitoring. All other services will be billed at normal fees.
